Allowances reset each subscription period. Each completed call rounds up to the next whole minute. SMS segments include Nora alerts and verification texts: we estimate GSM-7 texts at 160 characters (153 when concatenated) and Unicode texts at 70 (67 when concatenated). SMS alerts require verified owner details and provider readiness in your workspace. Only provider-confirmed sends and completed calls count. An admitted call holds the remaining minute allowance, so overlapping calls are blocked until it finishes. One final active call may exceed included minutes; it finishes naturally with no overage charge.

We believe in predictable costs. Mereti will never charge you for minute overages or offer extra-minute purchases. While a call is active, overlapping calls are blocked. If that final active call exceeds the included minutes, it still finishes naturally and future calls wait for the next reset. Standard customers can upgrade to Premium anytime.
